Sunshine Coast Healthcare Auxiliary
Post-Secondary Student Bursary 

Applications must be submitted on or before June 1 of the current year. 

A completed application form and supporting information must be completed and submitted by email (provide email).  Only Word or .pdf formats will be accepted. Please include a cover letter with your application providing a brief introduction of yourself and summary of your education plan.

This application is for students who are:

• Newcomers to the Sunshine Coast who want to enter a healthcare program. 
• Sunshine Coast residents who want to upgrade their health care training and skill set.
• Sunshine Coast residents who have been out of secondary school for more than one year and want to enter a career in healthcare.

Please include the following with your application:

• A cover letter with your application providing a brief introduction of yourself and summary of your education plan.
• Proof of enrolment/acceptance at the educational institution
• One current letter of reference along with their application.

Bursaries will be awarded at the discretion of the SC Healthcare Auxiliary. You may apply in more than one year, however, receipt of a bursary in one year does not guarantee an award in a subsequent one. Please note this bursary is distributed in Canadian funds only.
