Proceeds from the Fabulous November 27th Fall Bazaar in Gibsons

Representatives from SCHA presented a cheque for $9,500 to Foundry Sunshine Coast, They received a tour of the site that will be developed, plus a stop in the youth space where they road-tested the beanbags. Lots of laughs and a great chance to see how our support is helping create a place where young people feel comfortable and welcomed.

This donation helps the Foundry get closer to its new building located on the corner of Wharf and Cowrie in Sechelt, which will support young people aged 12 to 24 and their families with health and wellness services all under one roof. The bazaar raised over $20,000 for the Auxiliary and the Gibsons Legion and the Sunshine Coasts Foodbanks will be the recipients of a donation in the near future
